  8. If you are enrolled in certain programmes, you may notice dates highlighted with a light blue background. These are part of your Blood Pressure Check-in. You should aim to take your measurements on these days (see "Your Blood Pressure Check-in" page).

  14. Use the calendar to select the date for which you would like to add a reading. See the instructions and complete the data when prompted.
Note
  • Only delete readings that have been entered in error. Data cannot be recovered after deletion. Do not selectively delete data to influence your measurement results as this may cause your doctor to make incorrect decisions in your treatment.
  • Data cannot be edited 1 hour after submission. If a value is very different from your usual measurements, please record another accurate measurement immediately.
  • While you are on a programme which requires an index to be monitored, all readings of that index are shared with your doctor.
  • If your doctor is no longer monitoring you for that index, you will see a corresponding message on the page. You may continue using Viso to keep track of that index by yourself, but the measurements will NOT be shared with your doctor (unless your doctor starts you on a programme to monitor the index again).
