Edit Your Profile

You can update the following information on this page:

• Your phone number and email address
• Your privacy policy preference
• Your NHS account (moves to the page of NHS)

1. Tap ≡, then tap [My Profile].

2. Tap the item that you would like to change.

• You cannot change your name and date of birth information from within the app. If there is an error in this information, contact your doctor.

3. Enter the new information and tap [Save].
