Security Notes

"Viso" has the following security measures in place.

Viso requires users to verify their identity using NHS login;
If you do not use your account for 48 months your data will be automatically deleted;
All communications between the app, healthcare provider dashboard, and Viso servers are encrypted;
Your data is securely stored in encrypted form on Viso's servers which have been designed to manage sensitive personal data.
In case failure to maintain SECURITY is detected, we potentially shutdown the service until the detected risk is resolved. We will notify all GPs that GPs support patients without Viso for the time being.
